The specialist Insurance Business Unit at recoveriescorp works with Australia’s best-known insurance companies to help them recover money owed by other insurance companies, businesses and uninsured individuals responsible for damage to their clients’ property.
Once a client is settled for a claim through their insurance company, our insurer clients refer the claim to recoveriescorp to recover costs from the responsible party. We confirm the claim liability and the costs involved before negotiating a settlement with that party.
Roles within the Insurance Unit vary from:
- Administration and file preparation
- Portfolio management
- Management of claims against self insured companies, other insurers and uninsured individuals
- Customer relations
- Legal file management and management of those paying debts by instalments

Exclusively focused on the company’s core business function of collections for various government and commercial clients, the G&C Business Unit achieves a consistently high level of recovery and quality performance for its clients.
