Recoveries Corp’s board is meticulous in the discharge of its corporate governance responsibilities. It ensures that:

  • The affairs of Recoveries Corp are managed in a proper manner
  • The financial accounts and the annual report of Recoveries Corp are approved
  • Processes and systems for achieving proper accountability, probity and openness in the conduct of Recoveries Corp operations are in place
  • There is appropriate transparency in company dealings and effective communication of appropriate information
  • An effective and efficient committee system ensures process and procedures are in place to inform and facilitate the board’s decisions
  • Appropriate delegations to management ensure that board decisions are properly implemented and that statutory and other requirements are complied with

To discharge these responsibilities, the board is supported by an Audit and Risk Committee and a Remuneration Committee.
