Recoveriescorp treats any complaints about our services very seriously.  Dedicated staff members and systems are in place to process complaints and acknowledge compliments, and we strictly adhere to all quality assurance requirements as part of our ISO 10002 Quality Assurance certification.

Recoveriescorp and its staff undertake all efforts to maintain compliance and consequently boast’s a low level of complaints, being 0.011% of all accounts listed in the FY10/11.
